Remember folks – just because someone blogs or writes doesn’t necessarily validate it. So many times I hear pulls from a blogger that makes absolutely no sense – and frankly it pisses me off because in many cases their comments bypass the concept of testing by attributing decisions to best practices. Your best practices should be derived from heuristics first, then testing. Remember, validation is critical to backing up design decisions.
