Danny and Patricia are both professors for media design at the HNU and directors of the Center for Media and User Experience. Danny is also a formally certified by the Fraunhofer Institut as Usability Engineer Level A. In addition they lead the Human-Centered Design Institute, where they focus on innovative product and service development for the digital age. They have worked on many award-winning projects including ADC, DDC, iF and red dot for clients throughout the world.
