Josh DeLung is a senior manager and the Strategy & Quality Lead in the Experience Practice at ICF, one of the largest digital agencies in the U.S. and the top provider of such services to the U.S. public health sector. Josh has worked with every Cabinet-level agency and many independent government agencies to improve digital services and citizen engagement. He resides in Potomac Falls, Va., where the sidewalks are often adorned with his chalk art.
