Robert is content strategist for GatherContent, the content collaboration platform. He develops, implements, measures, and refines their content strategy and is editor in chief of the GatherContent blog. He is a journalism graduate, ex-BBC audience researcher, and former studio and project manager.

Robert is author of Designing the Invisible, published by Five Simple Steps, and has written for leading web publications Net Mag, 24 Ways, Smashing Magazine, WebTuts, and The Pastry Box.
